Delivery Fees (South Africa Only)

  • Free delivery to your doorstep in Bloemfontein.

  • Free delivery for orders over R2000 to your doorstep or nearest Pargo pickup point anywhere in South Africa.

  • For orders under R2000:

    • R79.99 delivery fee to your nearest Pargo pickup point within South Africa.

    • R119.99 delivery fee to your door within South Africa.


Additional Notes

  • We no longer offer standard international delivery.

  • In special cases, clients outside of South Africa may:

    • Arrange their own courier, or

    • Request a custom delivery quote from us.
      Please contact us before placing an order to explore these options.

  • Farm deliveries: If you live on a farm, please provide a residential street address or an address in town, in case the courier cannot deliver directly to the farm.

  • Delivery fees may vary between online and in-store purchases due to courier charges. The fees listed here apply to online orders only and will be clearly shown during checkout.

  • If your area is considered high-risk by the courier:

    • You will be informed of any higher delivery fee.

    • You may choose to pay the additional amount, switch to Pargo pickup, or arrange your own courier.

  • Standard deliveries occur during office hours only.
    There are no deliveries after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays.


Expected Timeframes

  • Bloemfontein: 1–2 working days

  • Johannesburg: 1–3 working days

  • Outlying areas: 2–5 working days

  • Pargo deliveries:

    • 2–5 working days from the date Pargo receives the parcel from us

    • For remote regions, allow 5–7 working days


Delivery Availability

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • The courier will make a second attempt on the next working day.

  • If the third attempt also fails, the parcel will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed (excluding the delivery fee).


Delays

Unexpected delays may occur that are beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues).
We will notify you in advance if we expect any delays with your order.
